Jesse Robkin is a writer and filmmaker. She’s best known for her work as Head Writer for Tolarian Community College, the largest Magic: The Gathering YouTube channel. TCC produces 2-3 20 minute video essays a week covering a range of topics including product reviews, strategy lessons, and commentary on the state of the game. To date, Jesse has written more than 200 scripts for the channel.

Outside of Magic, Jesse tells stories about being trans in this crazy crazy world. Her debut short film STRESS FRACTURE premiered at the 42nd Reeling Film Festival in Chicago and screened at queer film festivals in Germany and Poland. She’s currently working on a novel.

Jesse somehow spent the latter half of her 20s as a professional Magic: The Gathering player, though she plans to retire whenever her luck runs out. She lives in Brooklyn surrounded by beautiful transsexuals.
