Corean Strong is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi. She graduated from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi with a B.S. degree in Computer Science. She has always had an intense interest in music and theatre. It is not surprising then that she is choir director at New Hope Baptist Church- Danbury CT, founder of One Accord gospel ensemble and Founder & CEO of NaeRoc Productions, a Christian based Theatre Ministry.
Corean has performed in local theater. She played a lead role as the grandmother in “The Snow Queen”, in New Milford, CT. Corean also performed in “Madam Butterfly” in a production at SUNY Purchase, NY.

We performed it off Broadway at St. Luke’s Theatre in 2007 and it won first place in the 2008 Agape Gospel Academy theatre & film award. She also has an adaptation of “The Glory Train” which is touring. In 2011 Corean debuted another one act play, The First Ladies Club( featuring the seven deadly sins) at the Palace Theater, Danbury, CT.
