Sarah Aptilon is a playwright, translator, and educator. Most recently, in April 2026 her play The Signer was presented as a commissioned world premiere by Spinning Tree Theatre in Overland Park, Kansas. In 2024 her play Deep Dark Nothingness was produced by Paso a Paso Productions in collaboration with Midwest Trust Center and The Living Room Theatre. Sarah's other works have been produced and developed in her hometown of Kansas City by The Living Room Theatre, Kansas City Public Theatre, Story Shots, The Fishtank, Potluck Productions, and Rising Tide Productions.
