Until one night on a drunken spree he falls downstairs -- and recovers, he thinks, only to find he is a ghost trapped in his bedsit as the decades roll by. Then along comes timid Toby and buys the rundown 'studio flat' and turns out to be Eddy's soulmate.

Episode 1 of a stage sitcom...
