ETHAN LUK (he/him) was born and raised in Hong Kong. He thinks and works across performance, writing, and image-based mediums. His work has been recognized by 92Y, The Kennedy Center, One Teen Story, and The Adroit Journal among others. His writing is featured in Asian American Writers’ Workshop (forthcoming August 2024), Asia Art Archive, Sine Theta Magazine, and Verve Poetry Press among others. His play Flight of a Legless Bird was named a finalist at the 2023 National Playwrights Conference (Eugene O’Neill Theater Center) and the 46th Bay Area Playwrights Festival (Playwrights Foundation).
