Naomi is also the winner of the Edith Pearlman Creative Writing Award, the Henry P. Wright Prize, the John Hubbard Curtis Prize, and the William Zinsser Prize. They are a recent graduate of Yale, where they studied under Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, Anne Fadiman, Amity Gaige, Michael Cunningham, Louise Glück, Joan MacIntosh and Deb Margolin. They are currently making a large scale quilt of the first satellite image of Mars.
