Rachel Dvorak

Rachel Dvorak is a published playwright, novella author and copywriter. She has had a passion for theater since the age of five and cultivated that passion by attending the Northeast School of the Arts in San Antonio, Texas as a Musical Theater major. She later graduated from Schreiner University with a degree in Creative Arts. At Schreiner, she wrote for the school newspaper and saw her first play produced. Since college, Rachel has written several plays and collaborated on musicals for local and regional theaters. She has also worked as a ghostwriter on multiple romance and historical novellas. Rachel currently works as a copywriter for a National marketing agency and lives in San Antonio, Texas with her husband and their dog.

Finding Christmas: A Tale of Two Bethlehems

When Brian works overtime and comes home tipsy (again) on Christmas Eve, his Christian wife has had it. She takes their two children to the Candle Light Vigil at their church, leaving Brian home to sober up. Alone, Brian trips hits his head and is transported to an ancient marketplace, which he believes is a Christmas reenactment in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Brian is soon befriended by a talkative and inquisitive...
