Queers In A Thrift Store With Monsters is a dynamic, queer, sci-fi comedy that asks the age old question- Can you ever really stay friends with your ex?

Two coworkers (HOLLIS and SOL) struggle to find the balance between friends and lovers, and this struggle is exacerbated when a hot goth girl (LILITH) starts working at their job. Hollis and Sol declare a competition- whoever kisses Lilith first gets dibs. On her first day, Lilith majorly clashes with their gun obsessed, megalomaniacal employer (PAULA), and almost quits. But she changes her mind when she meets BOO, one of the secret ooze monster tenants (OOGLEDY, BOOGLEDY, BOO) who have been living in the basement for decades, and they begin a Romeo/Juliet romance. Meanwhile, Paula tries to evict the monsters in order to convert the basement into an epic water park. However when Boo goes missing, the monsters decide they're going to fight for their home, and declare war on the humans.

Who will get the girl? Who will win the thrift store? Why does Paula break into a mysterious rash anytime she hears music?

In rural Ohio, two years after the onset of the zombie apocalypse, we follow Kate, a member of a zombie centric cult, Matthew, an unwilling father mourning his dead wife, and Baby, an infant who is determined to kill a zombie and win her father's love.
