Avery LaMar Pope is a multi-disciplinary performance artist based in Cleveland, OH. As an actor, he has worked with Tantrum Theater, Karamu House, Dobama Theatre, Cleveland Public Theatre, Great Lakes Theater, and Idaho Shakespeare Festival. He has also been commissioned by schools, lounges, churches, hospitals, and national organizations to perform slam poetry, both individually and with his group, The Sparrow's Fortune.
