Catherine Painter became Managing Director at Rivendell Theatre Ensemble in 2020 after working with the company as a Development Consultant for seven years. She is also Managing Director of Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre, Strategy and Development Consultant to Praize Productions, Inc., and a Board Member for the National New Play Network (NNPN). She is a member of the faculty at the University of Illinois - Chicago Certificate in Non-Profit Management Program where she teaches classes on Individual Giving and Strategic Leadership.
