Kyr Siegel is a playwright, actor, dancer, and poet born in Oregon and currently living in Brooklyn. His work primarily explores what chosen family and community means to queer individuals, how nature is the core of our beings, and how to break through the boxes society intends to put us in. He holds a BA from Sarah Lawrence College with a concentration in Performing Arts, Chemistry, and Gender and Sexuality Studies. He is an alum of National Theater Institute (Playwriting Theatermakers ’22 and Acting Track '20).

Synopsis

Greater Grief finds Patroclus at the end of his life searching the grave sight of his long lost lover Achilles, unable to find him. Unbeknownst to him, Patroclus has summoned Arid The Guide, after he has landed in this afterlife to help him recognize his passions, desires, and own individuality. Can Patroclus separate himself from Achilles and recognize his own personhood in order to escape purgatory?

Murphy and Pammy bought a patch of land many years ago to fulfill Pammy's livelong dream of making a space for artists to be honored and uplifted. Pammy's Oasis is a space for those of marginalized identities to be safe, cared for, and celebrated.
This year is a bit different though. It is the first year without her.
As community gathers they mourn but more importantly celebrate Pammy's life through music, food...
