In 2016, Volevo Solo Cambiare Il Mondo was shortlisted for the “Premio Teatro e Disabilità” and subsequently premiered at the Vittoriano Complex of Rome. In 2014, Ti Presento Papà (Meet My Dad) won the “ Premio Una Commedia in Cerca di Autori ” and premiered at Teatro de’ Servi in Roma. The play was performed at Teatro Sociale, Bellinzona, Swiss and was selected for “Expo - World Exposition Milano 2015 – Padiglioni Teatri” and performed at Teatro Elfo- Puccini in Milano.
His plays Scambio Di Persona All’Italiana and L’Amore È Un Terrazzo Allagato, were performed in Luxembourg with the patronage and support of the Italian Embassy in 2019 and 2021. Giuseppe has written many more plays currently in production all over Italy, including Ecce Lupo, Come Non Fare L’Amore and Il Matrimonio Era Ieri.
He also regularly writes material for comedians performing live, on the web, in some of the most popular Italian comedy tv shows (Zelig, Colorado, Stand up, Natural Born Comedians) and award winning (Premio Charlot, Premio Alberto Sordi, Premio Manzoni Derby Cabaret, Festival Cabaret Modena). His material is regularly performed by celebrated comedians at corporate events for prestigious businesses (Barilla, Ricola, RedPublic,Crodino, BCCI Inclusive Finance, Swatch, Bosch Retrox, Athlon, Groupm.)
He also published the novels IlCommissario Daltonico. Due strabilianti indagini (Augh! Edizioni) and Uomini all’asta (Il Camaleonte Edizioni;Cento Autori), which won him the “ Premio Inedito – Colline di Torino” in 2018.
He holds a degree in Philosophy from the Università degli Studi di Milano and has worked as an academic researcher. He is a member of Dramatists Guild of America and of SIAE (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers).
