Rena Patel

Rena Patel is a South Asian American writer and producer based in Los Angeles, California.
Rena graduated from Scripps College in Claremont, California with a degree in English and creative writing in 2019. She has been a finalist in various screenwriting and playwrighting competitions. As of 2021, she is also the Executive Director of Imaginarium Theatre NY where she serves as a producer for various stage shows and readings. Her short stories and poetry have been published at The Sunflower Station Press, The Heduan Review, and The Calendula Review, and in Sanctuaries Anthology. Currently, she is part of the creative team at Shankar Animation (Devil May Cry, Captain Laserhawk) and is studying entertainment law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
