Act 1: That Which Is
In the liminal spaces of the Dreaming, Dreamweavers Cin De Amor and Clara Zaundel have a magical meeting that leads Clara to leave her girlfriend, Precious Jules, and begin dating Cin. A week later, Rich Mann and Precious Jules meet at a prophetic airport and bond over shared heartbreak. Shared heartbreak makes for good friends, as Jules and Rich decide that revenge is best for them.
In their first run at revenge, Rich and Jules find themselves overhearing a romantic night in between Cin and Clara, who were deep into their romantic magic lessons, lessons that would be cut short by the accidental summoning of The SHADES by Rich and Jules. Lessons and revenge would continue a few nights later, as both pairs reflected and prepared themselves to deal with The SHADES. It would be Clara's Dreamweaver awakening that would be responsible for pacifying everyone and everything involved.
Act 1 finds its end in the memory of the Weeping Jester with Rich and Jules. The two of them bond over Rich's depressing history with Cin, and toast to Rich as the Storms of Change rage outside.
Act 2: The Becoming
Back in the Dreaming, Rich and Jules have found themselves able to dream again, leading to Cin and Clara’s dream date to be cut short by their respective exes. Cin takes Rich into Memories to finally settle their differences, while Clara takes Jules to Prophecies to prove that she isn’t a dream.
In the Memories of the Weeping Jester, Cin and Rich go over the failings of their relationship, and why they were unable to make it work. By finally acknowledging Cin’s feelings, Rich changes enough to weaken The SHADES, leading to The SHADES' decision that they must find their purpose in the Subconscious, where the Dreamweavers will not follow.
Meanwhile, we find Clara and Jules in the Prophetic Interdimensional Airport (PIX) where Clara does not need a prophecy to know that Jules is real. While there, Clara finally shows Jules why she felt the need to leave, and why they could not be together: limitless bad endings to their romantic relationships together. Once she understands that dating Clara is no longer an option, Jules is given a new option, one of friendship with her fellow Dreamweavers. The same Dreamweavers who find themselves back to her. Knowing the truth of what they all are, Cin decides that an important conversation needs to happen outside the Dreaming.
In the Waking World, we find Jules and Rich asleep in the abandoned remains of the Weeping Jester. Cin and Clara greet their friends with tea and warnings about the improper use of their power, which leads Cin to make an offer: the creation of a Dreamweaver Coven. After agreeing to the terms of their coven, our Dreamweavers finally set off to do what they were trying to do when they all met. Move on, fall in love, and find more people like themselves.
