Robert Axelrod is a gay Jewish writer, originally hailing from Michigan, whose work explores the intersectionality of identity and culture. He is a current staff writer on an upcoming television series for Amazon. Robert’s plays have been produced/presented by The Road Theatre Company, IAMA Theatre Company, Sarasota Jewish Theatre, and Theatre NOVA. Robert was a member of the Warner Bros. Discovery Access Writers Program, The Road Theatre Company’s Under Construction Playwriting Lab, and the Jewish Writer Institute’s Digital Storyteller Lab.
