Madelynne, needing to escape her demons, takes a job as a weather girl in a small town where she moonlights as a stage actress. She meets Cameron, a brooding artist turned architect who has returned as professor to his alma mater to get away from the corporate world. Despite a large age gap, Maddy and Cam hit it off and an instantaneous romance ensues. Madelynne also reconnects with her cousin, Poet, a free-spirited yoga teacher with a phone full of half-lovers, who believes every connection is cosmic.

As flirtations deepen and memories resurface, the characters are forced to confront the stories they’ve told themselves about love, sex, safety, and who they really are.

With whip-smart dialogue, aching vulnerability, and moments of surreal theatricality, Dating Blind blurs the lines between performance and reality, chemistry and confusion, healing and harm. A darkly funny, emotionally charged meditation on desire, timing, and the bravery it takes to be authentic and be truly seen.
