A haunted house story, but the house is a little Southern Baptist church, the afflicted family is the youth group, and the ghost is what the adults have let fester. It’s 1946, and Joan Calhoun, a would-be journalist with no experience, can’t get hired anywhere except The Peephole, one of the first commercial porn magazines. She tries to retain her proto-feminist ideals while hiding the job from her family and not falling for her boss, which wouldn’t be very progressive at all.

The god of love leads two ordinary, unhappy co-workers through a cubicle into Soapworld, where they’re encouraged to explore and lounge—but not for too long. A play about the delight and danger of infatuation, and how real love must survive under the worst office lighting.

Married couple Adelaide and Tom meet a stranger in the condiments aisle of a grocery store. Four Actual Minutes expand into outer space, a British bomb shelter, a 60s variety show, and a superhero comic book. A play about the theatre of abusive marriage, billed as a one-woman show because Tom is a surprise. He always is.

A widow, whose husband succumbed to illness after decades of working the mines, is suing the mining company. She will likely receive nothing, but she will tell her story. (5 min.)
