Sara Reilly (she/her/hers) is an operations manager, arts administrator, consultant, and development professional. Sara began her artistic journey as a performer and stage manager, before transitioning into operations and development focused roles at various arts organizations in the Washington DC metropolitan area. She is passionate about theatre for social change, especially the development of new works that uplift and share the stories of women, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals from all around the world.

Sara is the Founder and President of The Woodshire Group, an arts focused consulting firm committed to collaborating with and adding value to organizations of all sizes through strategic planning, fundraising, project management and operational support. She has earned her Certified Associate in Project Management certification from the Project Management Institute as well as her Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum Alliance.
