Katarina Kapetanakis

Katarina Kapetanakis is a playwright, lyricist and composer based out of the swampy lands of Florida. She first realized she could make theater her life when a professor encouraged her to write a musical adaptation of a Faulkner short story for her collegiate thesis. Many librettos, books, and adaptations later, she has written one-acts, musicals, and fifteen-minute plays, some funny, some sad, and some a reflection of the arts today. She hopes that, besides being entertaining and fun, that her writings will touch on the highs and lows of being human.
