A modern, more quiet and intrsospective version of BURIED CHILD. Minigan takes the basic elements of a horror story but filters out the lurid to create a thoughtful, highly intelligent and empathetic story of grief, loss, and the societal shifts that happen between three generations of family

An incredibly imaginative take on grief and domestic drama. Some indelible stage imagery.

Imaginative and intelligent. A lyrical examination the importance of storytelling, as well as a look an a relatively unknown (at least to me) part of literary history.

Chilling and disturbing, but with a strong moral compass at heart. The structure of this collection means there is no filler dialogue, which is very refreshing. I was also highly impressed with the use of sound and lighting to create story and atmosphere, which is also refreshing. Very effective.

I was really surprised by how moved I was by this play. Based on the description I had a lot of opinions going in. What I got was an imaginative, very human and very haunting experience. It seems like these ten minute pieces can be performed separately, but I feel like it would work better if they were all seen in sequence.

A modern comedy about four diverse, modern women, elevated with sharp writing and some frank and novel insights about contemporary social life.

This play is so good I'm incredibly angry I didn't write it! It has some very inventive theatricality, perfectly balanced by grounded, original characters to create a compelling piece, that ends with a very emotional climax. It's very refreshing to read a such a mature, thoughtful and well written play.

A really fun take on current horror movies. Would work great as a site specific piece.
