  • The Waiting Room
    Pint-sized high school fullback Zach Meadows gets hit and wakes up in heaven's waiting room. The angels are crabby, the saints are on strike, and Zach can't find anyone to process his paperwork. When a discrepancy in Zach's file opens the possibility of him being a “chosen one,” angels and humans (and even St. Joan of Arc) must work together to shine a light on Zach’s destiny. 32 pages, plays about 35 minutes.
  • Anon, or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Lycanthropy
    Old wounds emerge when Jayson attends his first Werewolves Anonymous meeting. New wounds follow. 11 pages, plays about 15 minutes.

    A bad actor eager for a shot at stardom is conscripted into a faux tabloid relationship with a washed-up former child star. He soon learns just how much pressure there is – and how much of himself he’ll be asked to sacrifice - to stay on top in a Hollywood where movie scripts fall from the sky, flash bulbs pop like champagne corks, and red carpets are kept in glass cases... just in case. 113 pages.

    Prodigal son Amos returns to a fractured Southern California home after crashing out at a cushy east coast architecture firm. Ashamed to admit why he got sacked, Amos enlists his dada-crazed brother in a fake business venture designed to save their feuding parents' marriage. 103 pages.

    Two wicked sisters attempt to seduce a coachman in order to glean insight into the identity of his mysterious employer. Inspired by the Cinderella fairy tale. Ten-minute play.

    A young man searches the ruins of his hurricane-devastated home for clues about his mother's whereabouts. (10-minute play.)

    Two dudes with over-inflated egos lay out at the community pool where they engage in a machismo-fueled debate about the "ladyfriends" in their lives. 10 pages.

    Music writer Sarah reflects on a series of interviews that led to her firing. An exploration of creativity, popular music, and the complicated relationship between artists and the media. Ten pages. Written for Act Out: Fake News! in Washington, DC, August 2017.
