Struggling with criticism from network executives, veteran head writer Dorothy knows she can always count on Linda, her second-in-command. But a proposed controversial storyline threatens to upend their special mentorship. In 2008, Dorothy is long gone, soap operas are considered a joke and Linda returns to "The Tides of Time" after the Writers’ Strike. Fighting against declining viewership and threats of cancellation, Linda must find a way to save "The Tides of Time" or let it sink. THE TIDES OF TIME is a play about the trailblazing women behind the scenes of television’s most maligned genre.

Heather's plan to spend her unemployment writing a romance novel is further complicated by the arrival of the Duke, a studly romance hero and the manifestation of Heather's secret daydreams. As these three generations of women reconcile with fantasy and feminism, a ragtag group of neighborhood kids will stop at nothing to cause them misery. TURN THE PAGE is a comedy about magic, creating meaning and finding your place in the universe.
