Bret Angelos has been an attorney for the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services for over 20 years. He’s also a writer. In Chicago his work has been performed at the City Lit Theater Art of Adaptation Festival and numerous editions of the American Blues Theater’s Ripped: The Living Newspaper Festival. Bret's play American Whoknew was a semi-finalist in the American Blues Theater's 2020 Blue Ink Playwriting Competition.
