Tori Boutin (they/them) is a writer, musician, and performer based in Chicago, IL (formerly Washington, DC). Tori is the resident music director for Prince George’s County’s Shakespeare in Parks, resident company member of Rorschach Theatre, and half of the writing team Bells & Boots.
