Naysan is the Associate Artistic Director at Round House Theatre in Bethesda, MD. Previously, he spent two years as Literary Manager at Arena Stage. He has worked as a freelance theatre educator, dramaturg, and director in San Diego and Minnesota. Additionally, Naysan has served as Managing Editor for TheatreForum magazine, and holds a PhD in Theatre from UC San Diego
