Bill is an award-winning playwright, actor, director and producer. He has an M.A. in Theatre History, Theory and Criticism from CUNY and an Arts Administration Degree from New York University. Proud member of AEA, SAG-AFTRA, Member of the Drama League and the Dramatists Guild. Bill is an actor who writes plays and dramatic criticism (often) and misses his family in upstate New York (always).
