Zinnia (they/them) after being denied coverage for top surgery has decided to take drastic measures to get what they need. With the help of their sister Mariella (she/her) and gender noncomforming best friends Fionn (he/him) and Cal (ze/hir) they are going to perform their own top surgery in their own dirty apartment bathroom. Mariella, who is recruited to perform the surgery has some reservations though and that may hurt Zin.

Set between the Eurphrates and Tigris in ancient Mesopotamia, Ninhursag is a young woman who has always gone against her tribe.
