It's better to move and destroy than to stand still all your life and grow old for the world. This has been the philosophy of William Hannigan, a construction foreman in charge of a small-manned crew working on a housing project in West Baltimore, MD. During a shift, a direct threat is made to the members of the crew while others believe it's taken out of context. Is there more to what's between the lines? For William, he's prepared to take strong measures by any means necessary. It's a play about the importance of language, power, fate, and family upbringing.
