Jacob Horowitz

Jacob Horowitz (he/they) is a playwright and director originally from Virginia. . His plays have been performed at his Undergraduate University- George Mason University, and at Who What Where's theatre's Ominous play festival, as well as at Goldsmiths, University of London, where he studied for his Masters in Drama. Through 1001 Plays, Jacob's plays have been performed at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina in Florianópolis, Brazil, and at Nanjing University in Nanjing, China. Jacob's play Apples and Oranges won Best Written Original from the Mason Players at George Mason University for the Originals Play Festival. Jacob has also been featured twice in the DMV Q-Fest, and had the honor of hearing both works performed in a Zoom reading by Adventure Theatre Company through the Q-Fest...
