Cort Brinkerhoff

Cort Brinkerhoff’s plays have had productions and staged readings at The Vagrancy (Los Angeles, CA), Salt Lake Acting Company (Salt Lake City, UT), Alive Theatre (Long Beach, CA), The Last Frontier Theatre Conference (Valdez, AK), Plan-B Theatre Company (Salt Lake City, UT), and PianoFight Productions (San Francisco, CA). His short play NEUROSIS was published in Issue 8 of Canyon Voices Literary Magazine. He wrote the screenplays for the independent features LUCAS and BEYOND THE RYE. A native Utahn and long-time Angeleno, Brinkerhoff’s writing centers on the modern American West. Brinkerhoff served for several years as Literary Manager for The Vagrancy, where he also founded and moderated The Vagrancy Playwrights’ Group. He holds an MFA in Dramatic Writing from the University of Southern California. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Utah.
