I was born and raised in Greenville SC and received a B.A. in Theatre from Lander University. I began a career as a professional actor and earned memberships to SAG/AFTRA and AEA. On the side, I have built sets for 30 years in New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles, including 10 years at Walt Disney Imagineering. I opened my own woodshop, Texwood, where I built museum exhibits, escape rooms and theatrical sets. My first play, Tower, received the Drama League of New York Playwrighting Award and was produced by TheatreWest in Florida. My latest play, The Florida Room, was a finalist at the Summer Playwrights Festival 16 at The Road Theatre Company in LA in 2025.

Synopsis

A woman's quiet regimented life is disrupted by the return of her two grown sons and all are forced to face a tragic past of ghosts that haunt them once again with echoes of childhood trauma.
