Her screenwriting credits include BUMPER IN BERLIN (Peacock), THE WATCHFUL EYE (Freeform), ZOEY'S EXTRAORDINARY PLAYLIST (NBC), and Crooked Media's comedic live show and podcast, LOVETT OR LEAVE IT. Alicia also advocates for consent-aware entertainment, which she discussed in her 2016 talk at TEDxBeaconstreet in Boston. And when she's not writing, Alicia runs "Write Bites,” a Beehiiv newsletter to help writers maintain a writing practice, and teaches TV Writing online via Writing Pad, Writing Workshops, and her own venture, Story Brain Academy, an online learning community for emerging screenwriters.
During her time in LA, Alicia produced See What Sticks, a monthly staged workshop series for artists to develop their work in a supportive (and free) environment, and she continues to produce projects that she feels passionate about. Previous producing credits include RABBIT HOLE by David Lindsay-Abaire, DARK PLAY or STORIES FOR BOYS by Carlos Murillo, BLACK N BLUE BOYS/ BROKEN MEN by Dael Orlandersmith, JULIUS CAESAR by William Shakespeare, 30-30-30: A Short Play Festival, and workshop productions of DETOUR by Diana Dinerman and THE PROGRESSIVES by Anne Hollister.
