Addie Gorlin is currently an O'Neill/NNPN National Directors Fellow. Addie Gorlin is currently an O'Neill/NNPN National Directors Fellow. She hails from Minneapolis and is a director, producer, and educator invested in the regional theater movement and theater for all-ages. Recent: Strange Heart Beating (Cloudgate Theatre, Chicago), Next to Normal (Brown University), Good Person of Szechwan, Eurydice, Twelfth Night, and Streetcar Named Desire (Brown/ Trinity Rep), Charm and According to Coyote (Mixed Blood Theatre, MN), Laramie Project (Children’s Theatre Company, MN), I and You (Phoenix Theater and Children’s Hospital of Minnesota, MN), and Five Tries (Cutting Ball Theatre, CA). Addie has developed new work at The Playwrights Center, The Lark, Mixed Blood, Hudson Stage Company, Riverside Theater, Ivoryton Playhouse, and has served as assistant director at The Guthrie, The Public, Trinity Rep, and A.R.T. among others. Prior fellowships: Artistic Management and Directing at Cutting Ball Theater and a two-time recipient of the NNPN Producer-in-Residence grant at Mixed Blood.
