Tess Berger is a Seattle-based playwright, dramaturg, and multidisciplinary artist. Her plays examine the mythicality of humanity through peeks into intimate conversations and quiet alone moments. Tess studied directing and dramaturgy, graduating in 2020 with a Theatre degree from the University of Puget Sound. She is a practicing visual artist, graphic designer, and musician, and recently founded the new works festival We Need New Plays.
