Kimberly Ridgeway is a Bay Area based Playwright, Actor, Director, and Producer. Kimberly wrote, produced and directed the stage plays No More Secrets, Prospect Place, Heavy Burdens, The Drowning Pool, and The Gigolo Chronicles, and the short film “The Confession”. Kimberly has directed projects for Altarena Playhouse, Bay Area Drama Company, Dragon Productions Theatre Company, Ubuntu Theatre Project, Bay Area Performing Arts Collective, Contra Costa Civic Theatre, SF Playhouse, Theatre Rhinoceros, Playwrights Center of San Francisco and TheatreFirst. Some of her favorite acting roles include Shelly in Colman Domingo's DOT, Mrs. Muller in Doubt, Coretta Scott King/Fannie Lou Hamer in All the Way, Duchess in Wonderland (World Premiere), Biz in The Human Ounce (World Premiere), and Camae in The Mountaintop for which she won the BroadwayWorld San Francisco Award for Best Leading Actress in a Play (Local).

Kimberly is the Director of Dragon Eggs a virtual, monthly, short play incubator for Dragon Productions Theatre Company.
