It time to cast for the upcoming play and the Production Team has some issues with the Director to resolve in regard to who to cast and why they should be cast.

Set in Columbus, Ohio between 1970 and 2015. Dell and Matt have been married for years. Dell has filed for divorce and wants the café that they own. She paid the money for it and Matt did the work to make it a success. Matt has made it clear he won't give Dell the divorce until she tells him why she wants it and that he will never sign over the entire restaurant to her because "this place was built on blood.”

A young boy learns the responsibilities of taking care of a pet and his close friend learns that its possible to have more than one friend that you love.

A group of foster home children who have lost their parents to death, drugs and prison are forced to put on a Christmas party for the Senior Nursing home in their neighborhood. Roger, a boy who lost his mother and grandmother the same day to a drunk driver and Ms. Betty, a senior who has lost her joy of Christmas find out what that “Special Joy” of Christmas is all about from the other children, seniors and staff that come together for the Christmas party.

Young Trayvon Martin has been killed and the killer set free. How does this affect Black parents and their family? One family in particular has a hard time dealing with it as it is too close to home for them as they have lost their son to violence from another race. What is the relationship between this murder and the murder of Emmett Till?

This story is set in Columbus, Ohio, May 2005. The main character has lost her best friend through death by breast cancer; however, she hasn’t been able to grieve for this loss due to the anger she feels because of the dying request made by this friend. Her husband is now dying. Her feelings have caused her to lose the love she has for her husband, best friend’s son and God. Does she forgive and move on in order to honor
her friend’s dying wish.

A mother attempts to set her single grown son up with a blind date that she met at the thrift store.

Three people voluntarily meet weekly with a Counselor at a community center for support with their “mental” and life issues. Blue Joe Blue a regular has just had a visit from her estranged mother who is dying of Aids.

Caregivers work for people to assist them with their Activities of Daily Living in their homes. Or do they? It's hard to tell just who is being "cared for" in this short one act comedy play.

Man uses girlfriends urine for his drug test and the results come back positive for pregnancy. Man thinks that the private Christmas party girlfriend planned for them to “be alone” together is to tell him about the baby.

A person brings their ex to a bar that they used to frequent in hopes of bringing back the love that was lost.

Takes place in the backyards of three black women who live in Columbus, Ohio during the summer of 2008. Their yards are connected by fences. Their lives are connected by society and the hope of a Black President of the United States.

It's winter in Columbus, Ohio and so far it's been a mild one. It's a normal Friday afternoon for the staff and "customers" at Birdside Mental Health Center. That is until they become trapped in the building overnight during a level three snow emergency.

Jesus is on trial for treason and is being judged for his “sins” by his “peers”. Who are the witnesses used against him? He dies and rises on the third day in the “good book”. Is there more to the story? Two young female news reporters bring the verdict to their fans via social media. The jury is in and the verdict is death.
