Rachel is a playwright and freelance editorial writer living in Harlem. Her work has been produced by Playdate New Work Development Conference, Live & In Color 24-Hour Play Festival, Fresh Fruit Festival Monologue Project (audience favorite). Next year, her play Red Red Wine will debut in The Fire This Time Festival. She was also a finalist for the CBS Writer’s Mentoring Program. Her satirical writing has been featured on McSweeney’s Internet Tendency while her editorials have been published by TV Guide, Bustle, and Elite Daily. In her spare time, Rachel uses her social media platforms as tools to engage in anti-racism work and the fight for racial equity. She received her BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts.
