Aaron Zilbermann is a playwright, director, actor and educator. He has worked as a middle and high school English and Drama teacher in underperforming and underfunded schools since 2006. In Oakland, 2008, he led a group of 13-16 year old students through the process of collaboratively writing and performing a play, entitled "Ghetto Stories", which was performed at The Children’s Creativity Museum in San Francisco. Zilbermann’s plays include "Unbalanced", "Another John", "Go Dumb", "Trepidation", and "I’m a Fucking Artist". His work has been produced and/or developed by 13th Street Repertory Company, New York Theater Intensives and the Midtown International Theater Festival.
