Estefanía Fadul is a Colombian-born, New Hampshire-raised, NYC-based director and producer. Recent directing includes: SCISSORING by Christina Quintana (INTAR, world premiere), PRANAYAMA by James Anthony Tyler (Juilliard), THE NATURE ROOM by Nora Sørena Casey (Columbia Stages/Signature Theatre), ÓYE OYÁ by Rebecca Martínez and Rodolfo Ortega (Milagro Theatre, world premiere musical), ASI VAN LOS FANTASMAS DE MEXICO by Matthew Paul Olmos (Repertorio Español), and LA PALOMA PRISONER by Raquel Almazan (Hi-Arts).

Estefanía is a recipient of the 2017-18 National Directors Fellowship at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre Center/NNPN, and is an alumna of the Bill Foeller Fellowship at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, the Drama League Directors Project, the Van Lier Fellowship at Repertorio Español...

She is a member of the New Georges JAM, the Lincoln Center Theatre Directors Lab, and the Latinx Theatre Commons steering committee.

Estefanía has also developed new work at The Drama League, LPAC, Musical Theatre Factory, Everyday Inferno, Hi-Arts, Barton Booth, Fresh Ground Pepper, and Rising Circle Theater Collective, among others. She has directed at colleges and universities including SUNY Purchase, Queens College, and NYU.

Estefanía has worked as assistant director to Rachel Chavkin (CSC), Rebecca Taichman (Williamstown), Ed Iskandar (the Flea), Jo Bonney (MCC) and Elise Thoron (Public Theatre), among others. She was also the assistant producer for Washeteria at Soho Rep (NYTimes Critics’ Pick). B.A. Vassar College.
