Prior to earning her MBA, Katherine spent 4 years representing TV screenwriters at ICM Partners Talent Agency in Los Angeles. She is the Managing Director of The Barr Hill Players, an acting retreat in rural Vermont, where she teaches stage writing and story healing workshops.

Her most recent full-length play, Intimate Collaborators, was developed with Long Island's Don't Tell Amy Productions, where it will receive a staged reading through DTA's Draft One Festival in August 2022. She was invited to develop a new full-length work through La MaMa Umbria International, which will receive a reading at La MaMa ETC in spring 2023. Katherine has written three short produced short films, THE COVER OF SILENCE (2013), RESTORATION (2015), and REID HILL (2016). Her short plays and comedy writing have been performed in CA, IL, RI, and NY, including off-off-Broadway at Symphony Space. She is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.
