Jude Cramer (he/him) is a Brooklyn-based playwright whose work focuses on queer masculinity, coming of age, and finding magic within the mundane. Jude’s plays have been produced by Soho Playhouse, The Tank ('Regicide'), The Chain Theatre ('The Fool on a Journey Through Arcana, Wisconsin'), All Out Arts ('When a Faggot Finds a Flower'), RE/VENUE NYC ('Quantum Gravity'), Purple Light Productions ('Enigmatology'), and Frigid New York ('grease my chin'). He’s currently developing a new play with The Village.
When he’s not writing plays, Jude is a NLGJA Award-winning and GLAAD Media Award-nominated journalist and critic, telling stories about entertainment, theater, and queer culture. By night, he’s also Miriam Webster, Brooklyn’s most grammatically correct drag queen.
