The story of Witchland is based on the author’s experiences growing up in Richland, a small town in

Eastern Washington – deemed “the most toxic place in the Western Hemisphere”. It tells the story of a family who moves to a town plagued by decades of misfortune. Is the terror they are shrouded in due to the nuclear reactor that the town revolves around – or is it something more sinister? And what about that mysterious elderly woman who lives across the street, alone in her run-down government home, piles of sticks and all – is she actually a witch, or just another victim of … WITCHLAND?

Snitchland – the sequel to Tim Mulligan’s Witchland – is a tense and thrilling new play, with many of the same immersive elements that made Witchland such a visceral experience. Based on a real place, and real events, it will move you, thrill you, keep you on the edge of your seat, and stand out as a singularly unique theater-going experience.
The story of Snitchland is based on hundreds of stories of whistleblowers in Richland – a small town in Eastern Washington State – deemed “the most toxic place in the Western Hemisphere”. It tells the story of a family who face extreme tragedy after moving to a town plagued by decades of wrongdoing – misfortune, extreme health concerns, unsafe conditions, and death. A ghost story, a moving family drama and love story, and a suspenseful and cautionary tale about what can happen when one – or many – tries to shed light on a dangerous aspect of one’s community – and bad shit happens.

In a historic San Diego home, the restless spirits of those who met tragic ends in the home over decades of terror emerge to confront a group of hospice care nurses and ghost busting podcasters with a haunting revelation: their stories must be told for the living to heal, and for their own souls to find peace.

Point Loma, based on true events, tells the story of a Chad, a hospice nurse in San Diego who takes a job working the night shift in a historic home in the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego, near the US military owned Liberty Station. After a series of terrifying events involving some sort of paranormal presence, a ghost-hunting podcast company visits the home to document the events – and learn that the home has a gruesome and shocking history, rooted in the history of San Diego. Point Loma is funny, immersive, and will also scare the hell out of you.

Part 3 of the Witchland Trilogy (yet a free-standing piece, not requiring viewing of the Parts 1 or 2), Twitchland immerses audiences into the world of Richland, Washington, home of the Hanford Nuclear Project - and recipient of the moniker "the most toxic area in the Western Hemisphere."
