Ethan Katz is a playwright and developer of new work whose writing centers on unruly queer and trans stories. He graduated from Oberlin College in May 2026 with a B.A. in Theater and Creative Writing, where he produced and directed his senior capstone production of Where the Yetis Will Be. Most recently, his short play, THE PLAY ABOUT THE INTERNET, was featured in the Directing III One-Act Festival. As a director, Ethan helped develop and produce Rose Kelly's SUBPROJECT 150: Laughing Across the Aisle, a one-woman show that combined purposefully stale political comedy and clowning as Charlie Kirk. Ethan is a proud member of the Dramatists Guild. // IG: @ethankatzplays
