Aves Lewis is a queer disabled playwright, actor, and dramaturg who really loves learning things and making things. They like to say they approach the world through the eyes of a newborn dramaturg, excited and inspired by researching everything around them. Other things that excite him are disability justice, embodied practices, and currently, the all-encompassing love that cannibalism can thematically represent.
He currently lives in Richmond, Virginia on unceded Powhatan land with a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Hollins University. Aves uses they/he pronouns and loves dancing, witch stuff, and getting tattoos inspired by their favorite plays.
