We are leading up to football's biggest night, and famous commentators John Fawn and Hank the Tank are recapping the game between the Vultures (a first-year, all-female expansion team) and the Villagers (the five-time reigning champions). However, during this recap, John Fawn insinuates that his wife (a player on the Vultures) is having an affair with Hank. This forces Hank to reveal personal information about himself, live, on air. The two friends argue, and after some de-escalation, things are patched up and ready to go.

**This play uses some language that might be off-putting for viewers, such as swear words and insensitive language.

After leaving a New Year's party, Adam tells his best friend Eliza that he's moving in the morning. Hours later, Adam is involved in a fatal car accident. A year later, Eliza reunites with Adam... after she realizes she's also in the afterlife. Eliza processes how she ended up there, and Adam tells her about the night he was killed. When it is time for the two to part, they understand that it won't be the last time they see each other.

Kurt Kelly, Sophie Hall, Jared Smith, and Anson Tucker watch their memorial service from beyond the grave. All four of them were killed due to the fact they're in the LGBTQIA+ community. As they talk about their final moments, they realize that their four examples of people brushing off these hate crimes as "things that happen". They get angry, not defeated, and demand the world to change.

Preacher Jesse is presenting the most radical retelling of the Nativity Story in order to reach out to the troubled youth. In this version, Gabriel (the biblically accurate angel) delivers news to the Virgin Mary of Nazareth. Mary, who is fifteen, is very unwilling to the news and nervous about how her fiancée will take the news that she is carrying a child that is not his. This piece is inspired by the Nativity Pageants Nathan and his family were a part of as kids, specifically one where the archangels were modeled after Charlie’s Angels. Yikes, but true.
