Musical theatre - She is a big fan of musicals and so takes pride in having written the script and lyrics for a seafaring musical which has 20 original songs comprising of sea shanties and songs of the sea. It is currently being produced to be on stage in 2026. She has also written lyrics for Bursting With Pride, one of the songs from the US musical Connected The Musical which premiered in October 2022 and is the main lyricist for Azalea Boulevard, a US musical still being developed.
Plays - She wrote the short play Breaking the Camel's Back, performed at Hope Street Theatre in Liverpool in March 2023. Her first (non musical) full length play, Stuck In Street View was selected for the long list of the North East Playwriting Award in 2024. She has also written some short ghost story plays, some 1, 2 and 5 minute plays and is currently writing a screen play. She is now writing a play a day for the Facing February Playwright Challenge.
