  • Erin Proctor: Winchester/Winchester

Even a thousand years apart, being a teenage girl never really changes. A touching sister story that spans time and space itself. I found myself in Amanda's monologue towards the end of the play. It definitely struck a chord with me andI highly recommend it. Excellent roles for teenage/college aged actresses!

  • Erin Proctor: @MyItalianGrandma

A hilarious and all too familiar play that I hold close to my heart. @MyItalianGrandma is an intergenerational comedy for people from every generation. I may not have my own Josephine, but I have so many friends who do. An excellent two-hander with some really great roles to dig into.

  • Erin Proctor: yo ho.

Saw the reading at the Chain. This play slaps so hard. Laugh out loud funny and gut wrenchingly familiar. Characters you love to love and love to hate. An anachronistic romp I couldn’t get enough of. Bravo, SMJ ❤️

A funny and quirky piece with some bite. Great roles for actors to experiment with. Also super easy and ready to produce! A great piece for any type of budget. Produce this!

  • Erin Proctor: Three Weeks of Nothing but Brain Melting, Government Issued Torture

A quippy little piece from the perspective of two guys just doing their jobs. Fun, punchy, and anachronistic.

  • Erin Proctor: Dickery Pokery

A laugh out loud play that is reminiscent of raunchy sketch comedy. It will have you screaming from start to finish. A+ 10/10 highly recommended

  • Erin Proctor: First/Last Men

A funny yet thought provoking peek at a future that doesn’t seem very far off. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a potential outcome for humanity. Give it a read!

  • Erin Proctor: The Exhibit

A hilarious, heartbreaking, and eye-opening critique on the Museum Industrial Complex and the Capitalism of Art. Such fun and compelling characters. A piece that makes us question our own autonomy and worth as human beings and artists. I laughed out loud. At times I audibly gasped. One time I said: "holy shit" out loud. Highly recommend. Would love to see this fully produced. Great work!

  • Erin Proctor: No Mercy

I was on the edge of my seat the entire show. SMJ does an excellent job of bringing their audience into the world of Pro-Wrestling, and shows us that both that and the theatre industry, are not so different from one another. Excellent, meaty, and complex roles for young women. I cannot recommend this piece enough. Produce it!!!

  • Erin Proctor: Taught to Fear Blood

A powerful and beautiful examination of fear and bravery passed through generations. A refreshing take on the Boudicca story that leaves you with a lot to think about.
