Tatiana Kouguell-Hoell received her BA in Screenwriting and Playwriting from SUNY Purchase College. She received her MFA in Playwriting from Columbia University, where she studied with playwrights David Henry Hwang and Lynn Nottage. Her previous studies include Prague Film School, the University of Amsterdam, and Stella Adler Studio for Acting. In 2025 her new play, FUCK ME, I’M GRIEVING was named a Semi-Finalist for the O’Neill National Playwrights Conference. In 2024 she was selected to participate in the playwright symposium at La MaMa Umbria International. Also in that year her play Bleecker Street Brides was a Semi-Finalist for SheNYC, SheATL, SheDFW and SheLA Summer Theater Festivals.
