My plays center on characters in complicated relationships, who love each other but are blocked from a fuller intimacy by some seemingly impossible barrier. My first play THE MANUSCRIPT was the winner of the 2023 Essential Theatre Playwriting Contest and had a professional production at 7Stages in Atlanta, GA in August 2023. My short play CASEY'S SINGULARITY had a staged reading at Kennesaw State University's 2024 New Works & Ideas Festival. I live and work in Atlanta as a writer, and also work as a critical care physician on short-term assignments around the U.S.
