Olivia Swanson Haas is a bicoastal writer, performer, photographer, and creative consultant. As a playwright, her work has been recognized by Stephen Sondheim's Young Playwrights Inc. and produced by Manhattan Theatre Club. Her nonfiction writing has received support from the Community of Writers, Vermont Studio Center, StoryStudio Chicago, and Tin House, and her viral 2024 Autostraddle essay was covered by the SF Chronicle, LA Times, Daily Beast, Daily Mail, and Roxane Gay. She is a graduate of Stanford University and UCLA’s Professional Program in Writing for Television.

A play within a play, LITTLE MISS HONOR ROLL follows Olivia as she presents a play she’s written about a perfectionist named Priscilla. Accompanying Olivia is her Inner Voice—a pessimistic, insecure character who taunts and criticizes Olivia’s every move. As Priscilla realizes that a nightmarish graduation ceremony was just a bad dream, Olivia decides maybe she and her Inner Voice can learn to work together.
